This Princess 37 was purchased from the owner of a boatyard and marina who had intended to refurbish it for his own use. The current owner agreed to buy the boat provided the engines were serviced and the interior fitted out to his own specification to professional standards. The interior is very contemporary and does not look at all dated. The boat was surveyed out of the water in Feb 2024 and found to be free of osmosis.
