The smallest of the production Moodys, the Moody 27 is a useful, small family cruiser that looks modern.
This boat was designed by Bill Dixon with the famous build quality of Moody Yachts, and designed with a fast hull and a good ballast ratio to make her both stiff, seaworthy, and sea kindly.
Her accommodation consists of 5 berths in two separate cabins with good headroom throughout (including the large heads compartment).
This fin-keeled vessel is a good example and is currently on her mooring on the East Coast. With a recent 18hp engine, she represents a fine and good value opportunity for someone looking for a solid family yacht of this type. She has been recently antifouled and has 2 new batteries (June 2024)
